elements, pricing structures, and creative materials are the exclusive
intellectual property of Queen H.S. Events and are protected under
United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.No
portion of this website or its designs may be copied, reproduced,
distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, republished, or used
for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Queen H.S.
Events.Unauthorized use, duplication, imitation of proprietary balloon
installations, event décor designs, or branded creative concepts is
strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Custom Design Ownership & Usage Policy
Ownership of Creative Work
All custom balloon décor concepts, digital renderings, mockups, event
styling plans, structural layouts, and creative proposals remain the
sole property of Queen H.S. Events unless full payment has been
received and a written transfer agreement has been executed.
No Unauthorized Replication
Clients may not share, forward, reproduce, recreate, or provide our
design concepts to third parties, competing decorators, venues, or
vendors for replication without written authorization.
Deposits Do Not Transfer Rights
Payment of a consultation fee or design deposit does not grant
ownership of the creative concept. Designs remain proprietary until
the event is fully executed by Queen H.S. Events.
Photography & Promotional Use
Queen H.S. Events retains the right to photograph and use all executed
décor installations for portfolio, marketing, advertising, and social
media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Infringement & Remedies
Unauthorized reproduction or imitation of our custom balloon
structures, installations, or styling layouts may result in legal
action, including claims for damages, lost profits, attorneys’ fees,
and injunctive relief.
Independent Contractor Status
All creative works produced are original works developed independently
by Queen H.S. Events and are not works-for-hire unless expressly
stated in a signed written agreement.
